Abstract
This study aims to describe and analyze of the role, obstacles and solutions of the Peldok Division of the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of State Secretariat in managing an public information services as a form of Good Governance implementation. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive types. Data collection procedures in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. With three stages of data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Data validity checking uses source triangulation. The results of this study are a description of the role of the Peldok Division of the Ministry of State Secretariat's Public Relations Bureau, namely as a public relations Communication Technician. The form of implementation of Good Governance in the Peldok field is in the form of dissemination and production of social media content. The obstacles in carrying out its role are technical and non-technical obstacles in the form of less qualified equipment and limited human resources. The solution to the obstacles faced is to prevent technical accidents in the field and open internships for students
