STRATEGI CALON ANGGOTA DPRD PEREMPUAN DAPIL II KABUPATEN NGANJUK DALAM UPAYA PEMENANGAN PEMILIHAN UMUM LEGISLATIF TAHUN 2024

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the strategy of female DPRD candidates in Dapil II Nganjuk Regency in an effort to win the 2024 Legislative General Election, as well as identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of political strategies of female DPRD candidates in Dapil II Nganjuk Regency in an effort to win the 2024 Legislative General Election. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Data checking is done by triangulating techniques and sources. The results of this study are 1) The strategy of female DPRD candidates in Dapil II Nganjuk Regency in an effort to win the 2024 Legislative General Election uses planning strategies such as: winning teams, candidate target areas, sources of funds obtained; and political communication strategies such as: personal approach, delivery of superior programs, and campaign media; 2) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of political strategies for female DPRD candidates in Dapil II Nganjuk Regency in an effort to win the 2024 Legislative General Election are family, political parties. The inhibiting factors are the political map and competition between parties.
