PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PENGURUS LEMBAGA KEMAHASISWAAN (STUDI KASUS PADA UKM LKIMB UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MAKASSAR PERIODE 2024-2025)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational communication and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of the management of the Student Activity Unit of the Institute for Devout Student Studies, Makassar State University (UKM LKIMB UNM) for the 2024-2025 period. The type of research used is quantitative, with an associative research method and a survey approach. The population and sample used were 38 administrators. Data collection was carried out using observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 30. The results of this study indicate that organizational communication and organizational culture have a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment. While organizational communication and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment.
