Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the moral reasoning behind the trash cleanup action uploaded in TikTok content. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques and data sources were obtained from documents, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results revealed that the moral reasoning behind the trash cleanup action has reached the sixth stage, namely the Universal Principle, because they always emphasize that trash cleanup in an effort to preserve nature is a form of responsibility for all people everywhere. Furthermore, collaboration with local communities and government agencies strengthens cooperation in the cleanup effort. This trash cleanup action emphasizes that trash cleanup is not only an individual responsibility, but a collective effort to create a cleaner environment.
